Groin Defense and Lead Elbow

Short video highlighting the Krav Maga principle of attacking and defending simultaneously. The assailant throws a round kick that slides up the thigh toward the groin. The chin gets tucked into the rear shoulder, the backhand blocks the leg at the thigh, and the lead elbow drives the attacker forward in a burst of momentum.

Therefore, ‪#‎Krav‬ Maga teaches us how to take preset forms and apply them without conscious rehearsal. This video highlights these ideas and more.
